OUR HISTORY

Abhyast Yogshala was incepted in the year 2005. Since then, we have horned our skills and forte to provide superior quality services in terms of Health, Food and Spiritual aspects of a person’s life by opening Yogshala Schools, Institute and Studios. We started our operations from Dharamshala, Himachal Pradesh and have gradually expanded to Gurugram, Haryana, New Delhi, Ambrole – Goa etc.

So much we have to share on our history for starting the Abhyast Yogshala but keeping it short and aiming at expending the mission towards creating a society that is balanced mentally, physically and spiritually.

We have always tried to contribute to our society and somewhere steadily we are getting succeeded. We are sure to reach our goal soon of making Yoga a regular practice in every citizen’s daily routine life.
