Backbends yoga pose involves spinal bent movements from the backwards. Our spine associates strength, flexibility, energy and stability for our subtle body. Backbends yoga is important for improving the mobility of the spine and also for giving our body a structure and shape.
Abhyast Yogshala is providing regular backbends that will help to strengthen our support muscles and backbone of our body. Asanas that are covered through backbends yoga pose are Tadasana, sukhasana, and ustrasana.
